Love is our Soul Purpose!

The gospel appointed for today from Matthew 22 makes clear what our greatest commandment is, known is Hebrew as the Shema which means to hear or to listen and is considered the central declaration of monotheism. I cannot hear it without thinking of this wonderful rendition by the Porter's Gate.
May it be our Soul Purpose to love the Lord God with all our hearts and minds and souls and our neighbors as ourselves!
