"Let all mortal flesh keep silence..."
It is one thing for me to listen to these words, ponder them in my heart and go about my day with peace. But recently I have begun receiving daily meditations from prisoners...and their faith and devotion screams peace in a very new and different way.
Here is a poem entitled "A Convict's Symphony," and I urge you to read it, mark it and inwardly digest it. I do not wish to make any political statement here. Each day, the prisoner's experiences are different, but their thoughts are the same... the Christ Child was born for me too.
